About the Seminars
Each seminar is broken up into three parts with a small break in between each section to allow for questions, breathers, etc. Each section will last just over an hour and will have examples, exercises, Q & A’s and more. The total seminar will be approximately four hours and will cover a ton of information. Some you will be familiar with and some you won’t. The idea of this seminar is to cover every base and give detailed reasons for each step in between.
Rather than just tell you what to do, this seminar will guide you so that you not only know what to do and what not to do, but why. The premise around this is simple. If you know and understand how something works, you are better equipped and more confident in it. So rather than telling you to join the BBB, this seminar will show you the benefits and drawbacks of joining it from a non biased standpoint.
The key note speaker is Joseph L. Zeleny. Zeleny, a former blue collar man, earned his degree in marketing after suffering from an accident that put him in a wheel chair and physical therapy for a year and a half. After his third ACL surgery and the beginning signs of arthritis, Zeleny decided that if he wasn’t going to be able to work with his hands he would help those who did.
In 2005 Zeleny received the Entrepreneurial Success Award from the second largest Chamber of Commerce in California and was teaching marketing sessions to new contractors all over the state. Zeleny has an impressive marketing portfolio that includes Clarion, ADH, Jam Enterprises, Franks Red Hot, and more small and midsized contractors than he could ever recall.
Zeleny watches markets and trends daily and his accurate predictions on the economic turns have saved many businesses from what seemed like complete disaster. Even in today’s market, with the real estate market crash, Zeleny has shown his clients how to still make a profit and succeed where so many others are failing.
Read his article “A Common Misconception” in the free articles section and you will see how he helps businesses with little changes rather than drastically changing everything about the business. Through the many articles he has written on this site you will find that rather than just giving a simple “That’s wrong” answer He goes into detail in a way that makes sense to today’s blue collar enterprises. As the key note speaker Zeleny is more qualified to speak to contractors and contractors to be than any general marketer or Salesperson claiming to be a marketer.
The admission fee is small because at each event are sponsors who help offset the price of the seminar. Each sponsor is hand picked to be qualified enough in their specific industry to offer quality products and services at more than competitive prices. So be sure to check them out during one of the breaks for special deals only offered at the seminar.
